Joe Exotic was born Joseph Allen Schreibvogel on March 5, 1963, in Garden City, Kansas, to Francis and Shirley Schreibvogel. Tamara, Pamela, Yarri, and Garold “G.W.” Wayne were the Schreibvogels’ additional children. Exotic was enrolled at Pilot Point High School in Texas after the Schreibvogel family relocated.
